At Tiny Herbivores, we take pride in providing fresh, high-quality homemade cereals. However, due to the nature of food products, our refund and exchange policy is limited.

1. No Returns Due to Food Safety

  • For hygiene and food safety reasons, we do not accept returns.
  • Please ensure you review your order carefully before purchasing.

2. Refund & Exchange Eligibility

Refunds or exchanges are allowed only if:

  1. The wrong product was delivered.
  2. The product was damaged upon arrival.

3. How to Request a Refund or Exchange?

  1. Email us at info@tinyherbivores.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Attach clear photos of the incorrect or damaged product.
  3. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a refund.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Delays caused by third-party couriers.
