At Tiny Herbivores, we take pride in providing fresh, high-quality homemade cereals. However, due to the nature of food products, our refund and exchange policy is limited.
1. No Returns Due to Food Safety
- For hygiene and food safety reasons, we do not accept returns.
- Please ensure you review your order carefully before purchasing.
2. Refund & Exchange Eligibility
Refunds or exchanges are allowed only if:
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product was damaged upon arrival.
3. How to Request a Refund or Exchange?
- Email us at info@tinyherbivores.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Attach clear photos of the incorrect or damaged product.
- Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a refund.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Delays caused by third-party couriers.
